Horse(s) will not be held unless a non-refundable deposit (will go toward purchasing price) is received.

Horse(s) are not considered sold until payment in full is received.

Horse(s) will not leave farm until payment is received in full.

Payment plans can be worked out, but horse(s) will not leave until paid in full and a board rate will apply.

We have the right to refuse any sale

We also reserve the right to remove a horse(s) from the sale page at any time

Prices are subject to change without notice

Coggins/Health Certificate/Shipping fees are responsibility of buyer

Horses are sold "as is", no guarantees, but sold honestly, with pictures, answered questions and in person visits are always welcome

Vet checks are welcome at buyer's expense and must be done prior to down-payment/purchase.

Board fees start ONE WEEK after down payment

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you see a horse you like on the sale page but not the price, feel free to make a reasonable offer
